Thank you for purchasing from us. As a retailer of salt products, we aim to ensure all orders arrive in excellent condition. You can return your item(s), but they must be in their original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect. You must return your item within 14 days of purchase, and return postage is at your own cost.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a UK customer purchasing online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.

You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened or used salt products

Any food item where the seal has been broken

Products not stored appropriately after delivery

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds will be processed within 1–5 working days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
